Triple 8 Mines, Inc. · U.S. gold and mineral claims

We turn idle U.S. mining claims into SEC-standard reported assets.

Triple 8 acquires lode and placer claims, then advances them to S-K 1300 technical reports signed by independent Qualified Persons, the standard a Nasdaq listing requires.

Today it holds four placer claims and their share of gold from a 49-claim operation in Nevada, and is staking 86 lode claims in California.

Two ways to work with Triple 8

Investors

Back the company that advances the claims

Accredited individuals, investment clubs, family offices and institutions can review the portfolio, the people, the technical program and the governance in one place, then request the offering documents.

  • What the company holds today, with BLM records
  • Independent S-K 1300 work and dated targets
  • Related parties and risks, disclosed plainly

Claim owners

Put claims you are not developing to work

If you hold lode or placer claims anywhere in the United States, Triple 8 will review them in confidence and discuss a purchase, an option, a royalty or a joint venture. Any agreement follows a title review and is set out in writing.

  • A confidential review, with an NDA if you prefer
  • Deal structures that can keep you in the upside
  • A straight answer, including when the answer is no

President

Ron Ause

More than thirty years building and scaling companies, with a focus on financial systems, operational discipline and commercial results. He began in 1984 with one of the earliest accounting systems for personal computers, built management consulting practices, and in 2001 co-founded Workamajig, a web-based enterprise resource planning platform for creative firms, leading its growth for more than fifteen years. He runs Triple 8 with the same discipline: a scope, a budget and a decision point for every claim group, and as founder and a principal shareholder, his interests rise and fall with the shares.

Glendale placer project (AMI) · technical team engaged by AMI

These specialists were engaged by Anything Media, through Arowe, for the prefunded S-K 1300 program on the 49 placer claims at Glendale, Nevada. They are not part of the Triple 8 team. Triple 8 does not employ, engage or direct them and has no ongoing relationship with them. They are listed because the program’s results bear on the company’s economic interest.

Built to be checked

Independent standards at every step

Every claim the company makes about its properties is meant to be verifiable by someone outside the company.

SEC disclosure standard

Properties are advanced to S-K 1300 Technical Report Summaries, the SEC standard for mining disclosure, signed by a Qualified Person. No resource is claimed before one is signed.

Independent Qualified Persons

The S-K 1300 program on the Glendale placer claims, engaged by AMI, has as its QP of Record a former President & CEO of Behre Dolbear. Triple 8 does not employ or direct these specialists.

U.S.-only jurisdictions

Every claim the company acquires is in the United States, under federal mining law and established state regulators. The AMI position is in Nevada, ranked #1 of 68 on the Fraser Institute Investment Attractiveness Index.

First program prefunded by the claim owner

Anything Media is paying up front for the AMI S-K 1300 program, estimated at $600K–$989K. The company repays that cost, up to a cap, only if it keeps its claims after the report; if the report does not support a mine, it can return them instead.

Strategy

A platform for U.S. mineral claims

Triple 8 acquires and develops mining claims of every type, lode, placer and more, anywhere in the United States. Owners of undeveloped claims get a path to sell or partner.

  1. Acquire

Lode and placer claims across the U.S., by staking, assignment or purchase.

  2. Advance

Qualified Person–led work toward S-K 1300 Technical Report Summaries.

  3. Partner

Owners of undeveloped claims can sell to or partner with the company.

  4. List

A potential Nasdaq Capital Market listing, to give shareholders liquidity.

Capital discipline

Growth measured per share, not per claim

The mining sector’s last downturn was driven by overbuilding, costly acquisitions and dilution. Triple 8 is set up to avoid those patterns.

Every asset stands alone
Each claim group must meet the company’s own criteria for jurisdiction, title and data before it joins the portfolio. Size alone is not a reason to acquire.
Staged spending
Money is committed one stage at a time. A claim group moves to the next stage only when results support it, and may be dropped, sold or partnered if they do not.
Low-cost entry
Staking, assignments, options and royalties let the company control claims without large up-front payments.
Partner capital first
Where possible, technical work is funded by partners, as with the AMI program.
No promotion
No ounces, grades or values are published until a Qualified Person signs a report.

These are the principles the company intends to follow. They are not guarantees of results.

What still has to be proven, and how we will answer it

U.S.-only portfolio. The company acquires claims only in the United States, so it carries no foreign-jurisdiction or expropriation risk. Each state has its own permitting and reclamation rules, which the company reviews before acquiring.

Technical reports are the standard. An S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary is the SEC standard for disclosing mineral properties, and is required for the planned listing.
